Park Rules
- RV Campground (Self Contained Camping Units Only) (No Tents Allowed)
- 5 MPH speed limit in the park
- Check-in time is 2:00PM and check-out is by 12:00PM on departure day
- Quiet time is 10:30 pm to 7:30 am which includes bright lights, loud music, TV volume & other disturbing noises
- Please let us know of any condition requiring attention
Safety Rules
- Must be 21 years of age to register
- Keep pets quiet & on a leash ~ no longer than 8 feet. Do not leave pets unattended at site. You are expected to clean up after your pets. Please tell your guests not to bring their pets
- Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Minor children cannot be left unattended by a supervising adult in the Campground. Stay with minor children using restrooms, showers, playgrounds, beach & fishing areas
- Children must be off bikes & playground equipment at dark and return to their sites.
- Observe swimming, fishing, and boat regulations as posted
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
- NO SWIMMING OUTSIDE ROPED AREA.
- Wood County Health Regulation 3701-31-10-C states minors not permitted without an accompanying adult swimmer.
- Adults (over 18 years) may be in the lake with a floatation device. Under 18 years must stay in the roped area. No exceptions.
- Life jackets are required in all boats, including rental & personal boats. Includes Adults and children.
- No naked glass (use covers on glass bottles) & no glass or pets on the beach.
- No ATVs, golf carts or motorized scooters, etc. are allowed in the campground
- Contain all wastewater in a covered container. No gray water is to drain on the ground or into the lake.
- DO NOT THROW OR MOVE ROCKS, STONES OR SAND
- No firearms or fireworks allowed in the park (including sparklers)
- No washing of vehicles without Management approval
- Keep fires in fire rings. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS. Do not burn lumber containing nails or screws (pallets)
- Please respect our trees. No clotheslines, cutting or climbing of trees. Do not tie your pet to the trees.
- Place all trash in tied plastic bags & dispose of in dumpster or trash cans located around Park.
- Any person in an intoxicated condition or whose conduct becomes offensive to other campers will be asked to leave the park.
- No foul language. This is a family campground.
- All visitors must register and pay a visitor fee at the office upon arrival. Visitors must leave the park at 10:30 pm
Other Information
- Fishing is catch & release, no license required
- Nightcrawler bait is available in the store
- Beach & playground areas close at dusk
- Store hours are as posted on the door.
- No Wi-Fi
Registered campers are responsible for any damages caused by negligence and/or failure to comply with any of the listed rules by either themselves or their guest/visitors; and will pay to repair, replace, or restore the damaged items and/or areas at the discretion of Fire Lake Campground management.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a camper cancels 14 days or more 80% refund. If cancelling 4-13 days prior to reservation 50% refund. Cancelling 3 days prior no refund.
Fire Lake Campground is a privately-owned facility. The owner/manager assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for accidents, injuries, negligence, wrongdoing, illnesses, or diseases contracted that leads to hospitalization or death or losses of any kind from any cause. Management reserves the right to refuse/discontinue service to anyone for any reason.
